What Do You Think Of This?

Hello I am 80 years old. as a young fella i stood very tall at 6ft4 now at 80 years old i am only 6ft.
i am concerned becasue even though i am in very good shape and even workout quite often i fear i am suffering from ostreoporosis. over the years i have had bone fractures and haven developed a downagers hump and as a result my back is quite hunched.
Also my legs are still very long from when i was in my 20’s but i have lost a lot of torso height so my body looks very disspraportionate. i have gotten a bit broader as i got older because i was skinny in my youth.
what should i do? i know at my age i should be planning for my funeral but i just need some advice.

Im not quite sure, but I think that its normal to shrink a little as you get older. I would speak to my doctor just to be sure though.
You shouldnt be planning for your funeral, even at your age. Live the rest of your life peacefully and let family take care of that =]
    Good Luck and Happy Holidays!

I don’t have a scientific explanation, but I know this is normal. It has happened to several of the older people in my family who are perfectly normal.
