Nys Inmate Allowed To Attend Birth Of Child?

I know a nys inmate is allowed to attend funeral services pending approval but does anyone know if they can attend birth of their child? it would be a planned c section so the date would be known ahead of time.

   Nope. The inmate can be told when their child is born, but that’s it.

   NOT LIKELY, YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL THE PRISON AND ASK THEIR POLICY.
