I have been with my boyfriend for a month now. I found out via his Facebook status on Sunday that his grandmother passed away so I commented on his status and I called on Monday to give my condolences. Today he sent me and instant message on Facebook upset asking me why I haven’t been calling or send him text messages and that his friends and an ex been doing so every once in a while. I feel like I didn’t do anything wrong because I was just giving his space to grieve and I thought he would be busy planning the funeral and other stuff. I was going to call/ text later on in the week. How can I go about this?

he wants to know you do care —- people dont want space from the people they care for —- please lose this idea —– he does not want much just you to be with him —- you dont even need to say anything just to be there
