If I make all the arrangements and payments, how will the funeral home know if I am dead? Assuming no family or close enough friends, how long will it take for the body to be discovered? Is there an online service that can keep track of you and check on you if you don’t log-in or respond for a certain period of time?
Note: just asking out of morbid curiosity. I do have family and friends, and I do not “expect” to die anytime soon.
