My high school coach recently passed away and unfortunetly doesn’t have any family to do a wake/funeral for him. So my friend and I are taking on the responceablity of planning a memorial service for him because he deserves one. We were thinking a candle lighting on a beach and a PowerPoint full of photos (any special design ideas welcomed) with a little table of guard stuff on it with his photo and a couple candles and flowers. Does anyone have any other ideas. Music? Neither one of us have ever planned anything like this and want it to be perfect for him on our small budget. We were going to even try to put an ad in the paper so all his loved ones can come and share his memory. He lived for the school and all the kids, honestly he was like a dad to me. Also we were going to try to raise money for a headstone. Does anyone know how much they are running in New Jersey? By the way wasn’t sure what category this would fall into. Thanks for any help you can supply. It means a lot to us.
