Do You Think This Is A Good College Entry Essay? Anything I Can Add Or Fix?

The essay was suppose to be our relationship with Jesus Christ and/or experiences or influences that contributed to my spiritual development.
I have regularly attended Bethel Reformed Church all my life. I was involved in Sunday School, the RCYF, and catechism. I believe in the Bible and that Jesus died on the cross for my sins. Since I attend a Reformed church, I was baptized as an infant. In the past I have always enjoyed working voluntarily for the Banquet in Sioux Falls (a feeding ministry that serves hungry people in the community), in the kitchen at church funerals, and helping out with our church’s Vacation Bible School.
Even though I’ve gone to church all my life, I still think that I have more maturing to do in my walk with God. That is one of the reasons I have chosen to go to a Christian college to hopefully grow along with others. I am excited to see which doors God will open for me as I grow into adulthood. I am not entirely sure of the plans God has for me. Right now I am considering a history major, but still praying for guidance and open to where God leads me.
