i was listening to this one band rose funeral REALLY LOUD then when i stoped listening and took my right earphone out my right ear felt a little stuffy i cleaned my ear and nothings changing could i be going deaf i cant lose my hearing im a musician and my band’s planning on getting signed soon musics a huge part of my life! i cant loose my hearing!

That happens to me sometimes, randomly when I yawn I can hear better, you can’t go deaf that easily, high pitched sounds are more likely to damage your ear drums then music. so the most it could do would damage it.
