Using the novel, The Great Gatsby, in a focused essay, discuss the contribution the party scene makes to the meaning of the work as a whole. Include:
a) An introduction and thesis you plan to prove with the TAG. Identify for the reader the scene and characters, giving the specifics of the situation you plan to discuss.
b) In two or more body paragraphs using reasons, examples from the text and quotes and commentary to discuss how a specific party scene reveals specific morals for specific characters. Then show how this scene also reflects the morals of society in the 1920s.
c) In a conclusion summarize your main points showing how this scene reflects the theme of the entire novel.
So that is the prompt word for word. My party scene is the Tea Party that is held at Gatsby’s house. I am going to discuss two characters, Daisy and Gatsby. I need their values that are revealed at the Tea Party and the evidence from the party that shows the value. I also need a value that was revealed for the society of the 1920s and evidence. And finally, I need how these values contribute to the message of the overall book.

How Do I Cope With Being Cheated On?

My bf always accused me of cheating.
Since day one.
We’ve argued.
Yelled and cussed.
All over whether or not I’ve cheated.
“Loose ****!” he would yell at me.
He would question why I changed my clothes or would be gone too long.
And yet he denied cheating on me for 3 months.
Andrew and I were inseparable and madly in love for 17 months.
I’ve been to his mama’s deathbed and funeral.
Every single holiday.
Birthday.
Spent hundreds of dollars on him.
He’s 26.
He cheated on me with my 16 year old brother.
My brother is closeted.
And I feel either the urge to vomit or cry pretty often.
Please help me deal with this.
Why would he call me his soulmate, love hero and plan surrogate children, talk about a wedding someday and then do this to me?
How could my brother do this?
What do I do?
